1. APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions govern all sales by perludi Gmbh to you of products for which you place an order with perludi Gmbh. By using the maxinthebox.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

2. CONFIRMATIONS
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with your ordering information, usually within one working day of receiving your order. We will also notify you in the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered are not available for delivery.

Because the times required for delivery depend on the respective parcel service, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

3. DELIVERY
We usually dispatch your goods between two and six days from receiving your order. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as we have shipped the goods. If there is a delay in shipping, we will also notify you immediately. Our products may be sent directly from the factory.

We can not accept liability for damages caused by delayed deliveries unless the delay was caused by gross negligence or deliberate intent on our part.

4. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
The delivery costs are:

1. To Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, delivery is free for orders over 110.00 euros. For orders below 110.00 euros, we charge 8.00 euros for postage and packaging.
2. To Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic and Hungary, delivery is free for orders over 215.00 euros. For orders below 215.00 euros, we charge 16.80 euros for postage and packaging.
3. For all other countries, please enquire.

5. SPECIAL OFFERS
Special offer prices apply only to non-business sales in quantities for household use. Special offer prices apply for limited periods as specified by us and only as long as stocks last.

6. REFUNDS
We will refund the full purchase price if you return the purchased goods within two weeks of receiving them. You do not have to give a reason for the return, but you must notify us before sending back the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. 7. WARRANTY
The warranty period specified by law applies. In the event of a product fault that is covered under the terms of the warranty, we shall repair the products, supply a replacement or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

8. ASSEMBLY
The goods may be part-assembled on delivery. The buyer is responsible for the correct assembly of the supplied products.

9. PRICES
Prices as advertised are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT). For each purchase, the prices at the time at which the order was placed shall apply. We do not accept liability for errors in transmission.

10. CONDITIONAL SALE
The goods remain the property of perludi Gmbh until full payment has been received.

11. DATA PRIVACY
Your data will be used only to complete your order.
We will not pass your information on to other people or organizations not involved in processing your order.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms will be construed in accordance with Austrian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English- and German-language versions of these Terms, the German-language version shall apply.
